East Coast Music Awards

2023 marks the 35th year for the East Coast Music Awards taking pace in Halifax, NS Canada.

Stonehouse Sound has been nominated for Studio of the Year and John D. S. Adams for Studio Engineer of the Year. Additionally, some of the artists I had the pleasure of working with on their ECMA nominated offerings are Andrew Staniland, Atlantic String Machine, Sarah Hagen and Sirens.

2022/23 has been a busy time for Stonehouse Sound with an amazing variety of music being recorded in house and on location. Stonehouse Sound is also launching Dobly Atmos recording and mixing services to our clients. John was also on the panel for the ECMA conference session on Immersive Audio:

Our studio works on a wide range of projects from folk to pop to classical to experimental.
